CONTEST PARTICULARS

Make me a tag using ANY of my PTU kits, my stores will be on sale for 50% off this month to celebrate my birthday (not all of them are set that way as of yet) you will find my store blinkies on the right
Send me a tag or layout using any of my PTU kits
I need proof of purchase, so a paypal receipt would be best, send it along with the tag or layout (people with a current membership do not qualify as they get all my kits already)
I will NOT be judging the entries, the winners will be chosen by a random generator, so EVERYONE has a chance to win
This contest is open from October 5th thru the 31st (ends Oct 31st 11:59 PM EST) entries sent after this will NOT be accepted
If you enter you are agreeing to allow me to post your tags or layouts on my blog
ALL tags MUST have proper copyright info on them, if they dont then you will not qualify
I would like them kept to a width of 500 pixels, but this isnt a set rule, they just fit on my blog better that way, but if they are bigger thats fine too. Height doesnt matter.

3rd prize - 5 of my PTU kits of your choice and a $2 Gift Certificate for UpYourArt

4th prize - 3 of my PTU kits of your choice and a $2 Gift Certificate for UpYourArt

5th prize - 2 of my PTU kits of your choice and a $2 Gift Certificate for UpYourArt

Everyone else who doesnt win a prize will receive one of my PTU kits, your choice, for free JUST FOR ENTERING! (these will be given after the contest winners have been announced)

(Gift certificate amounts may increase depending on how many people enter. If you dont tag and find no use for the UpYourArt gift certificate, i will award you an extra kit instead)
